The Nodaway County Health Department confirmed 41 more cases of COVID-19 in the county.
The Health Department says this now brings the total number of confirmed cases up to 1,375, with 179 probable cases. Health officials add that there are currently 293 active cases in the county and Northwest Missouri State University says 87 of those involve Northwest students or employees. Officials add that there are 7 current hospitalizations.
Officials continue to strongly urge the public to social distance and practice good hygiene.
